More headaches...

Nya fell off of the couch because when she was climbing and hit her head. It was a pretty bad bonk. She was crying hysterically and asked for ice. Once the ice was applied, she asked for the phone, "I need to call Tia Christina and tell her I cannot come to her Christmas Party because I bumped my head and now my head hurts really bad." I tried to tell her by the time the party started she should feel better and she does not need to call. Through her tears, she insisted that she "just need to call Tia!" So I let her. Christina did not answer the phone so Nya left a message.

About 2 hours later, I took Nya to Tia Autumn's house. Autumn said she was going to take Demetrious and Conan to the Christmas Party. I told her to just take Nya there too. Nya chimed in, "Excuse me, I was invited to the Christmas Party, but I hit my head and it hurts really bad so I cannot go." Again, she insisted that her injury would inhibit her from going to a party.

As Nya and I were driving home later that evening, we drove past the location of the party and Nya insited that she had to be there, so I took her. She had a good time. Her cousins convinced her to dress up with the rest of the children and sing "Away in a Manger." Nya said she would dress up and go on the stage with all the kids, but she would not sing.
