I asked Nya to pick up her room so that I could vacuum. When I went in to vacuum, I noticed that she had hung her clothes, shoes, socks, underwear, and her hat on the knobs of her dresser. I suspect it took more time to do that than to put her clothes in the laundry basket and put her shoes and hat in the closet.

Nya is so funny and creative. I agree with you that it probably took more time to hang everything from her dresser than it would have for her to put it in its proper place.
